PROCESS AND TECHNICAL RIGOR IN VALIDATION

Graphic validations with the ICUC allow us to ensure that the buildings coincide with the physical and cadastral reality.
In addition to processing the GML files, topological, syntactic and attribute checks are performed, and the Secure Verification Code (CSV) is generated to guarantee the validity of the report.

It is an official report that validates the location of buildings with respect to cadastral plots. It allows detecting irregularities and ensuring regulatory compliance in urban planning and property management.

It is commonly used for:

  • New constructions and extensions.
  • Regularization of existing constructions.
  • Registrations or modifications in the Cadastre.
  • Verification of concordance between cadastral documentation and physical reality.
  • Electronic authentication with digital certificate, electronic DNI or Cl@ve Pin.
  • Administrative details of the applicant (name, NIF/NIE, contact).
  • Correct cadastral references and identifiers formatted according to regulations.

GML files contain the geometric representation of the buildings. They must comply with technical and regulatory standards (INSPIRE, BuildingExtended2D.xsd) to ensure that the cadastral system can process them correctly.

  • Incomplete or open geometries

  • Non-compliant nomenclature or quantity of files.
  • Lack of essential attributes in GML.
