At the studio we plan and validate each scaffolding project to guarantee safety and efficiency in work at height, both in new construction and in rehabilitation. We ensure that every detail, from design to assembly, complies with current regulations to ensure the protection of operators and the correct execution of the work.

WHAT DOES A SCAFFOLDING PROJECT INCLUDE?
The scaffolding project includes everything from the initial analysis of the work (heights, geometries, ground support) to the design and preparation of structural plans, including load calculations and adaptation to current regulations (UNE-EN 12811, 12810, RD 1215/1997, etc.). It also includes legal processing, assembly supervision, safety and use of protective equipment, as well as maintenance and necessary inspections.
Yes. Any scaffolding installed on a site must have a technical project or an assembly, use and disassembly plan signed by a competent technician. This guarantees that the design complies with the UNE-EN 12811 regulation and Royal Decree 1215/1997, ensuring structural and occupational safety during use.
The technical scaffolding project includes the descriptive report, assembly and anchoring plans, load calculation, health and safety study, and a maintenance and review plan. It can also incorporate 3D simulations or structural checks depending on the complexity of the project.
Only a technical architect, technical engineer or industrial engineer with legal skills can sign the project and validate its assembly. Their responsibility includes verifying compliance with regulations and supervising that the scaffolding is installed correctly according to the approved design.
Scaffolding must be designed and assembled according to the UNE-EN 12811 standard (load conditions and stability) and UNE-EN 12810 (components and tests). In addition, Royal Decree 1215/1997 establishes the occupational safety conditions that must be applied in all work at height.
Yes, all our scaffolding complies with the UNE-EN 12811 and Royal Decree 1215/1997 regulations, with AENOR certificates when necessary.
Yes. Inspections are mandatory before use, periodically and after adverse weather conditions. These inspections ensure that there are no displacements, deformations or poorly fixed elements that compromise the safety of workers.
Yes. We offer comprehensive technical advice for both scaffolding companies and contractors or developers. We take care of the structural calculation, regulatory verification and documentation for audits or inspections, guaranteeing legal and technical compliance with the project.
